Participating in a Program

A Guide to Participating in Compliance or Voluntary Programs

NOTE: This article is intended for Organizations. If you are a regulator, click here.

Programs are here! In order to see the new feature and create programs, you will need to enable your permissions.

Select your name in the upper right hand corner and select ‘Organization Info’.

Select ‘Users’.

Find your user and select ‘Edit User’.

Scroll down to the Permissions section and set your program permissions to ‘Manage’.

Select ‘Save’.

You should now see ‘Programs’ in your dashboard.

Accepting Program Invites

  1. You will be notified by up to two ways. You will either receive an email like the following:

  1. Or you will notice the following message on your Dashboard.

To accept the program invite, select ‘answer’ from the message on your dashboard.

Select ‘Accept’. You will see a message on screen stating that the program invitation has been accepted.

Participating is Programs

To participate in a Program, you must first create a new retirement account and link it to the program.

Select ‘Add New Account’

From the account type dropdown select ‘Retirement’.

In the name field input a name for the retirement account, please note your program administrator may have a name convention that should be followed.

Ensure you have select the correct Program using the search of by selecting the Program from the list.

Select ‘Save’. Your retirement account is now linked to the Program.
